GOOD NIGHT FROM ENGLAND! Hey there, are you ready for some craaaaziness? We're going to take the world by storm in the zeal of the Lord, and in the might of the Living God. So, body of Christ, what are we waiting for? Let's put on those craaaazzzzzy slippers and start walkin'! Grace to you and shalom from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, yours, PK x
I am a leader. God teaches me, and I teach you. But I don’t walk ahead of you barking orders, “Do this; Do that!” I’m not the head. Jesus is the head. I’m with you. I’m a member of the body, just like you. I’m not better. I’m not bigger. I’m the giver of instructions, the ones He gives to me, then we do them. WE do them. Together. That’s the way God has designed it to be.

At the same time God was showing me this, I saw the strangest sight. It was a pair of slippers, the oddest pair I’ve ever laid eyes on. One slipper was a normal size, while the other was double the width. They looked like they were made for deformed feet. Until He showed me the meaning, I couldn’t imagine what in the world they could be used for. Then I saw us, His body, in front of these slippers. I was to slip my feet in those slippers: one foot in the single-wide, and the other in the double-wide, because I don’t lead. I walk with you. And you don’t lead either. Jesus leads. He is the head. We are the body.

Now, are you ready? You do the same. You put one foot in the single slipper(yes, you’ve got one too. Each of us do-See what I mean about strange?) and slide the other foot into the slipper made for two. Cozy, eh? It’s meant to be cozy, but there’s room for us, and many more, because these slippers are custom-made, and they’re made for us.

“Well, ummm-mm, won’t the going be slow?”

No, we’ll keep step with each other, and when we keep step with each other, we keep step with the Spirit, just like Paul instructs in Galatians 5.
“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep step with the Spirit.”

When I was a kid, I was part of a marching band, one of the best around, even though we were only a very small town school. In this band, we learned how to keep step with one another. We practiced and practiced until we got it right. Then we continued to practice to keep it right.

As the body of Christ, we do the same thing. We learn how to keep step with each other. We practice till we get it right. Then we practice to keep it right.

We keep step. We help each other. Jesus leads. We follow. He is the head. We are the body. We are many individuals, just like those single-wide shoes, but one body in Christ, just like those double-wide shoes. “Now the body is not made up by one part but of many.” (I Corinthians 12:14)

“Sounds like we’re tied together.”

Yes, it does. You’re right; we are. A tie is a bond. But how does a rebellious world see ‘ties’? They see them as chains and fetters. The world wants to cut those ties with God. In their hands is a giant pair of scissors, and they’re sawing away, just like David said they would.
“Why do the nations conspire, and the peoples plot in vain?
The king(doms) of the earth take their stand
and the rulers gather together against the Lord
and against His Anointed One (Yeshua, our Jesus)
“Let us break off the chains,” they say,
“and throw off their fetters.” (Psalms 2)

They are deluded, a world that’s gone insane, the ever-darkening ones, who think they’re enlightened, rejecting the very One who came and bought their freedom, the Light of the world, in favour of the darkness, the very one Jesus came to free us from.

Yet, we are taking those same ties, that bond, and wrapping it around us. We are the believers, the body of Christ, bonded together. In love.

One God and Father of us all. One Lord. One Spirit. One Faith. One body. One love, that same love the world wants to be free of, that love the world will see in us: God’s love. Jesus prayed it; We‘re seeing it. Now. Today.
”I pray ALSO for those who will believe in me through their (the original Apostles) message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are IN me and I am IN you,
May they ALSO be IN US so that the world may believe that you have sent me...”

We are the ALSOS. You are an ALSO. I am an ALSO.

“May they be brought to complete UNITY to let the world know that you sent me,
and have loved them as you have loved me." (taken from John 17)

United in love. This is what Jesus prayed for us. One body, many members, so that the world might know the love God has for each and every one of them. So that the world may know that the Father doesn’t just love them, He loves them how much? He loves them how much? He loves them THIS MUCH, or as my oldest granddaughter used to tell me when she was two, “I love you TOO MUCH, Maman.” He loves them TOO MUCH for He loves each one of us much more than we deserve. He loves us as much as He loves Jesus.

Jesus prayed that we be one, as He and the Father are one. He prayed that we be one body, many members, united in love.
“And above all things put on love which is the bond of perfectness.” (Colossians 3:14)

And He’s not talking about the love of the world. Selfish human love cannot unite. Nor does He mean that we should bond with the vast religious monster that is gathering under the umbrella of the Catholic Church in this world. Again, selfish human love cannot unite. It doesn’t know how. He means us, the group of believers who choose to walk in the light of His truth instead of the lie of the world, those of us who are digging in our heels and refusing to compromise God’s Word any more, and unite with the lie. The truth and the lie cannot unite. All that happens is that the truth is compromised and twisted into the lie.

While the world cries out their motto, “One voice, many members," We, the heel-diggers, rooted and grounded in Christ, shout out ours. All together now shout it out: we are “One body, many members.”

Love is selfless. Love serves. Love gives. Love unites...Love unites.

Yeah, you might have to pick your face up off the ground now and then. I do. Often. But while your’e down there, be sure and thank God for the privilege of being a part of His kingdom, and for the grace which saves you, enables you, picks you up and dusts you off, turns your defeat into victory, and your sorrow into joy.

Ahhh, it was only a stumble, after all. You can do this thing, and so can I. We can do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens us. Our God is the One who is able to keep us from falling, and to present us before His glorious presence without fault, and with great joy. (Jude 24)

Let’s be those ALSOS God called us to be.

We’ve got those custom-made slippers of togetherness, and we’ve each got our place in this body. But we’re not like the world. We don’t choose our own place in the body.
“The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body.” (I Corinthians 12)

But it is God who has chosen for us because only He knows where in the body each of us fit. It is the world who is choosing their own spots in the image they are building, and this is why Daniel said when speaking about the world’s New One World Order, “this will be a divided kingdom.” (Daniel 2)

Alas, they don’t wear the same slippers we do, those slippers of God’s love that enable us to keep step with each other, and to keep step with the Spirit, following Christ, our head.

The world says, “One voice, many members.” But they are divided in hate. They might say, “One voice, many members,” but they are trying to choose their own places in a Counterfeit body. Above the one voice we can hear the din of other much louder voices, “Let me! I’m gonna lead. It’s my turn! I am a better leader than you.”

Not so in our body. We walk together. By choice. By decision. Speaking the same thing (God’s Word), with no division between us, in the same mind and judgement (I Corinthians 1:10) Having the mind of Christ (I Corinthians 2:16), and united together in the bond of love. Jesus is in charge. No one’s in control. We are all self-controlled and spirit-led. Each of us has a special place in this body, and no one else can fill our shoes. No one else can do the job God has given us to do. Our shoes are unique, custom made, and the Father has determined where we fit.

We don’t say, “I want to be an eye.” Only to hear, “No. You can’t. We already have 2 million eyes. Choose something else.”

Think of it. What would the body of Christ be with two million eyes? A monster, just like the great image the world of today is following.

We don’t say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body.” It would not for that reason cease being a part of the body...If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be?...The eye cannot say to the hand, “I do not need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I do not need you!” (I Corinthians 12)

The Father has chosen where we fit, and set us in that place. We each fit perfectly, for He knows us, and He knows best because He made us, each and every one.
“But in fact God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them just like He wanted them to be.” (I Corinthians 12)

Love is Selfless. Love Serves. Love suffers long. Love never quits. Love unites...Love unites.

In His custom-made slippers of togetherness, one of us cannot run ahead while another member lags behind because they can’t run that fast. We are parts of the same body, so we don’t complain, “Father, I can’t walk with him, he’s just too slow. He wants to crawl when I want to soar.”

We learn how to keep step with each other. We practice till we get it right. Then we practice to keep it right.

Love suffers long. Love is selfless. Love serves. Love never quits. Love unites...Love unites.

So we go the speed of the slowest member. This is love. If one hurts, we all hurt. This is love. If one rejoices, we all rejoice. This is love.
“So that there shall be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for one another. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honoured, every part rejoices with it.” (I Corinthians 12)

Our motto is: “One body, many members.”

Immediately, I saw a map of the earth, and I was given a bird’s eye view of this map. I could see a body taking shape on this huge map of the world. It is massive in size, moving as one body, yet made up of many individuals. From my vantage point, I could see the tops of many individuals heads. We are separate, and yet together, making up one body, each one of us having our own function in the body. What God has joined together let no man put asunder.

From my vantage point, I noticed something else. It’s alive! It’s alive! Ours is a living body, not a lifeless image. It’s a body that sees, and hears, and moves in the great power of the living God we follow after. Now I understand the difference between the uniting world and us, the united body of Christ.

We are a teeming body of lively active stones, the very ones Peter describes in I Peter 1.
“And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men (this is why we are rejected because He is rejected. If the world rejects the head, they reject the body), but is choice and precious in the sight of God,
You also, AS LIVING STONES, are being built as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.”

We are many, and yet, we are one nation, one people, one body, joined together. Christ is our head. He is the precious cornerstone upon which our building sits. (I Peter 1:9-10)

The world’s “One voice, many members” is that of a dead image. It isn’t alive. (Daniel 2) It is filled with people who are still dead in their sins for the one they follow cannot give life because he is death. Theirs is a kingdom that will come to a gruesome end, the one God foretells, and John (among others) shows us. Every one is familiar with the name of that very last battle. It is called the battle of Armageddon. Heard of it? Of course you have.

Armageddon is the name of the valley where the kingdoms of the earth will gather together for a defiant stand against the King of kings and the Lord of lords, Jesus. They shall gather, but they shall lose.
The White House released a photo-shopped photo a short while back. It is based on the series “Fire and Ice,” and littered with End Time symbols. One links to this battle. There on the table in front of Obama is a bowl. In the bowl are three eggs, each of a different colours. They are said to be dragon eggs, and that they are, because the world is worshipping the dragon who gives them power and authority. These are the frogs or mini-dragons, are actually symbolic of the demons (unclean spirits) which leap like frogs out of their mouths going forth to call each of the world’s kingdoms for the great gathering of rebellious man against our God and His Holy One. How fascinating that these eggs should be in a bowl. The verses that foretell this event are found in Revelation 16: 12-14, in the chapter describing God’s Angels pouring out the BOWLS of God’s wrath upon an unrepentant world.
“And the sixth angel poured out his bowl...And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs; for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the king(doms) of the whole world, to gather them together for the war of the great day of God, the Almighty.”

The Bible tells us that this battle shall be so horrible that the blood shall flow up as high as the horses bridles, and the birds shall feast on their flesh. By the way, whose side are you on? If you’re on the world’s side, you may want to seriously consider changing sides, and come over to the winning side. Fast.

Our Kingdom is the winning one, the kingdom that is never ending. Jesus is the head. We are His body. Come on over to the winning side. Come into the Kingdom of the living God. You'll notice the difference right away, in a good way.

We are one body united in love. But when the world looks at us, they only see our strangeness. We are God’s little band wearing strange slippers. I can just hear them now:
“Would you get a load of their slippers. What’s that all about? Those people are mad as hatters. They all should be locked up.”

The Bible tells us the world doesn’t recognise God’s love.
“See how great a love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the children of God; and such we are. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.”

To ‘know’ here is to understand. The world did not know Jesus. They rejected Him. In this same way, they do not understand us. We are as much a puzzle to them as Jesus is.

So what do we do? We show them God’s love. And when they reject us because they reject Him, we show them again. And again. And again.

Love is selfless. Love serves. Love gives. Love unites...Love unites.

Voices of the world say, “Every man for himself!” Jesus says, “If anyone wishes to come after me, he must deny himself (Deny SELF), and pick up his cross DAILY and follow me.
For if anyone wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses it for My sake and the gospel’s sake will find it.” (Mark 8:34-35)

God’s love is the foolishness that led Him to the cross. The Jews seek a sign (and more signs, and more signs)--seeking but never finding what they are seeking, while the world searches for intellectual wisdom, but it was love that led Jesus to the cross, and love that caused the Father God to raise Him up again, and us with Him. Love. Pure love. Did you know He loves you so much that He can’t bear seeing you die, so He came and died in your place? Did you know that the Father took those sins that killed you, and those filthy rags of SELF-righteousness you wear with pride, and those sicknesses and diseases that the god of medicine can’t free you from, because it cannot cure even a common cold, and placed all of it on His beloved Son so that you don’t have to carry them anymore? Isaiah tells us so in chapter 53. Peter backs him up in I Peter 2:24, and so does Matthew 8:16-17. Listen to them. They speak the truth. The real question is: Are you hearing them? Are you really listening? I listened and I am free, healed, delivered and saved, for Jesus is the God who came to save. All you need to do is turn from the world to Him and believe.

Jesus had a cross, and now we have a cross too. The cross that He bore was out of love for us. The cross we have is out of love for others because we know and believe His love for us, and if we really love Jesus, as we say we do, we’ll step outside of our little natural family unit where we feel safe and secure, and reach out to others so that He can reveal His love to them through us.

He is our head. We are the body. Like Him, we are to lay down our lives (SELF) for the salvation of many.

How? By Jumping in front of a bullet? That doesn’t sound too cool.

God has a better way. We give our body of sin (SELF) to Him as we are commanded to do in Romans 12:1-3.
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of the living God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world (any longer), but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."

Imitate, imitate Him! We deny SELF, just like Jesus said. We empty our-SELVES on behalf of others, same as Jesus did. (Philippians 2)

Instantly there was a huge turkey carcass before me. I heard the words, “Those bones have been picked clean!” And sure enough they were. Not one shred of meat remained. They were just bare bones, bones so clean they almost shone. God is saying to me and to, “Pick those bones clean! Pick them clean!” Decrease in SELF so that He, the treasure in you may increase.

Love is SELF-less. Love serves. Love suffers long. Love forgives. Love doesn’t quit. Love unites...Love unites.

Yep, you got it. That turkey carcass is the same body of sin Paul tells us to keep under us. He says, “I keep my body under.” He keeps the body under his spirit, the real him. The reason we need to do this is because if we have turned and followed Jesus, our spirit is reborn. We are redeemed, yet the body is still unredeemed--this is what the Bible teaches. The body is waiting for redemption, and it will be raised up when that last trump sounds, as Jesus comes through those clouds with a mighty shout, in great power and glory.
Before that great day arrives lets do what God has called us to do. Lets put on those custom-made slippers that look so strange to the world, and unite together in love. One body, many members.

Love is selfless. Love serves. Love gives. Love never quits. Love unites...Love unites.

I don’t lead. You don’t lead. We all walk together with Christ as our head. As the body of Christ, we do the same thing He did. We learn how to keep step with the Spirit. We keep step with each other. We practice till we get it right. Then we practice to keep it right.
