ONE SALVATION, ONE WAY: DO YOU KNOW THE WAY?

Diwali is a time of celebration for the Hindu people. Each year just before Guy Fawkes Day here in Britain, which is held on the fifth of November, fireworks begin exploding across the sky, and crashing against our ears, and our little dog, Alli runs for cover.

In our world that is becoming one, except for the iron and clay mixed toes Daniel speaks about in Daniel 2, a terrible image is taking shape. It’s the same image King Nebuchadnezzar saw in the dream the Most High God gave him about the future. “You looked, O king," Daniel said, “and there before you stood a large statue--an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance. The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay.” (Daniel 2:31-33)

Nebuchadnezzar saw our day, just like John saw in the book of Revelation. Nebuchadnezzar saw the before, and John witnessed the before, during and after. Jesus told John to “write, therefore, what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later.”

Both saw the One World Order that’s rising up before us, the one that’s been taking shape for the past 2,000 years, and both saw it as an image, a statue, and this statue was enormous, and more dazzling and awesome in appearance than any image the Babylonian king had ever laid eyes on, and he was into big. To this king, the bigger, the better. But this statue, the one he saw in his dream, eclipsed any he had ever personally built for worship, nor any that he’d ever heard of in past history.

Nebuchadnezzar saw and he had one desire. He wanted to create this statue himself, but it was not for him to create. It was future. It was for our day.

Babylon, which Nebuchadnezzar ruled is the head made of gold. Its appearance is so dazzling and awesome, it’s giving everyone gold fever. Everyone, that is, who judges by appearance.

Early Babylon was the mother of idol worship. This is why it is the head of gold of our One World Order. Picture this, if you can--a world in which all religions are blended into one. Sort of.

The One World Order is the entire statue, but John tells us in Revelation 17 that the head of the statue is a vast and sparkling religious system. It was so sparkling John was amazed when he first saw it. I can almost see his mouth open when the angel showing him the vision cautioned him,”Why are you amazed? I will show you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.”

Little by little I’ve been giving you a guided tour of this statue. Keep in mind its size. It IS enormous, so expect this tour to last awhile. Let’s take another look and see it taking shape with our own ears and eyes.

At the opening of the U.S. Senate in 2007 a Hindu was asked to lead in prayer. He prayed, “We meditate the transcental glory of the diety Supreme, who is inside the heart of the earth, inside the life of the sky, and inside the soul(mind) of the heavens. May he stimulate and illumine our minds.”

While the world we live in meditates, I want you to take a look at what they are meditating, and to whom they are meditating.

The Hindu prayed to a diety Supreme, “who is inside the heart of the earth...”

What’s Hell’s address? Always down, down, down.

It’s a pit deep in the earth.

In Matthew, Jesus gave warning of impending judgement to several cites who saw the miracles he was performing, but refused to believe. To Capernaum He said, “Woe to you...will you be lifted up to the skies? No, you will go down to the depths.”

Isaiah writes that when Babylon is destroyed permanently, “Sheol (Hell, Hades) from beneath is excited over you to meet you when you come.” (Isaiah 14:9)

People who have died and been to Hell (and there are many!) have all described a descent into an extremely hot, oppressive place.

The vision I was shown in 2012 was that of a cliff that set on the edge of a huge chasm in the earth. People, like sleepwalkers were walking to the cliff, and stepping over the edge into the darkness below. It looked to be wider and deeper than the Grand Canyon to me.

I sat there with tears running down my face and watched in horror, as line after line of people moved toward this chasm, and plunged over the edge. On the right hand side, just before the edge, there was a detour with a sign. The sign pointed to The Way. It was the Way of Escape, the Way of Salvation, the Way God provided into heaven, that narrow, straight path in Christ Jesus. But so few took it. Most didn’t even look that way. Unseeing and unblinking, they walked to the edge of the earth, and stepped over.

Overwhelmed with helplessness, I asked the Lord in desperation, “What can I do, Lord? What can I do?”

“Pray!” He answered.

A few hours later, Chris went on the internet. He yelled, “Hey, did you see this? A big chasm opened up inside a man’s house in Florida . The man was swallowed up and they can’t find him.”

“A Chasm?” I asked, “Did you say ‘Chasm’? The Lord just showed me a bottomless pit, and He called it a Chasm.”

Hell’s address is down, down, down. Call it a Chasm if you prefer.

What’s the first part of the Hindu’s Supreme deity’s address?

Inside the heart of the earth--down, down, down.

In the Old Testament we read about Saul. Saul was the first king of Israel, but he was a rebellious sort. He did the opposite of what God told him to do. Saul was like alot of people today. He said, “Yes, yes, yes,” but he meant “no, no, no.” God gave Saul many chances to repent and turn, but he never did. Eventually, God removed His Spirit from Saul, and refused to answer him anymore. To Saul, this was unbearable. He was a wanter of both. He wanted to do it his own way, but he still wanted God’s spirit upon him.

What to do, what to do?

In desperation, Saul tried to find a way around God’s refusal to answer him. He plotted and schemed unto he hatched a plan he thought was brilliant.

Saul’s plan was to get in touch with Samuel, the great prophet of God. There was just one problem. Samuel was dead. God forbids us to try and contact the dead. He makes it clear in His Word that the dead are unreachable. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. We will only contact familiar spirits who are mimicking the dead. But Saul refused to hear God. Instead, he put on a disguise and went to see the local false prophetess. His plan was to have her conjure up Samuel, so Saul could ask his advice. Samuel would know what to do.

The prophetess got to conjuring and what to her wondering eyes did she see? What she saw scared her.
“...the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.”

Which gods were these coming up out of the earth? Demon. One was a familiar spirit who imitated Samuel. The advice this imitation Samuel gave Saul had an ominous twist. “...and tomorrow you and your sons shall be with me...” (I Samuel 28).

Who is ‘me’? Not Samuel, that’s for sure. He was righteous, Saul was unrighteous. No, Saul would be meeting the one he’d been following after. He would be with his god, the one who lived in the heart of the earth.

The one true God, Creator of the heavens and the earth, and the Author of Life does not live in the heart of the earth.

What’s the Most High God’s address?

Always up, up, up. Up beyond the atmospheric heaven. Up beyond the Universe. Up beyond the outer space or 2nd heaven, where He set the sun and moon in place and shaped the countless stars with His fingers.

God’s throne is set in the sides of the North, in the third heaven.
“For you have said in your heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit upon the Mount (Heavenly Mt. Zion) of the Congregation, in the sides of the North.” (Isaiah 14:12-14)

When you think of heaven, think UP!
“And I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows:) such an one caught up to the third heaven.”(2 Corinthians 12:2)

The Hindu prayed to a Supreme diety that is “inside the life of the sky.”

Who is the life of the sky?

What is the 2nd part of satan’s address?

In Ephesians 2:1 we see that before we turned to Jesus, and believed and repented, we were dead in our trespasses and sins. The very next verse reveals who we were and who we were following.
“In which we used to walk, according to course (the ways) of the world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit now working in the sons of disobedience (sons and daughters).”

Paul also speaks of our fight not being with flesh and blood people, but against satan and his princes, including“the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against the spiritual wickedness in the heavenlies.” (Ephesians 6)

The Hindu prayed to a supreme diety that is “inside the soul”.

The soul is the mind and emotions.

The Bible tells us that we are three in one. 2 Thessalonians 5:23 says it best,
“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit, soul, and body be preserved complete.”

You are spirit. You live in a body. You have a soul, or mind and emotions.

Colossians one is a powerful chapter. In its pages we learn who Jesus is, and the state we were in before He became our Salvation.

Think mind games and you’ll get it right. Before Salvation, we were engaged in mind games.

I’ll start with verse 20. This verse describes the power of God.
“For it was the Father’s pleasure to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him(Jesus), I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.
And although you were formerly alienated and hostile in your mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet now He(the Father) has reconciled you in His(Jesus) flesh, in order to present you before Him holy and blameless and beyond reproach.”

Hindus say their god is in their soul, their mind.

What’s God’s address in believers?

God says that if you are in Jesus, He lives in you in your spirit, your inward man, the innermost part of our being.

I had an out-of-the-body experience once. My mind did not leave my body, it was my spirit. It was just like the Bible says, my body is like a house, and the spirit fits inside it perfectly.

I am a spirit. I live in a body. I have a soul (mind with intellect and emotions).

God is Spirit. He is not “A” spirit.
“God is spirit, and we shall worship Him in spirit and in truth.”

The Vatican seems to understand the god of the Hindus quite well. More than that, they give it their stamp of approval. Their 2014 Dewali Greeting was,
“May the transcendent light illumine your hearts, homes and communities...”

The two speakah the same language. They echo the world’s motto, “one voice, many members.”

Dewali even had a theme this year: “Fostering together a culture of inclusion.”

What is the full meaning of ‘inclusion’?

Let me see...Ahhhh, here it is--

Global. All-embracing. Umbrella. Universal.

Hmmm-mmm, that’s familiar.

The word ‘Catholic’ is the same.

Global. All-embracing. Umbrella. Universal.

One voice, many members.

Obama sent a Diwali Greeting to the Hindus too. The President first began a Diwali prayer day in 2009.

He scheduled the first Muslim prayer day in 2009.

That same year, he refused to honour the annual Christian prayer day, and never has since.

Surprised, anyone?

I’m not.

All the world governments speakah the same language. They speakah the same language. Believers of Jesus Christ don’t.

What is the world’s message?

They are saying there are many ways to Salvation.

One Salvation, many ways.

And God? What does He say? Does He agree?

Peter and John were once on trial for healing a man in the name of Jesus.
“When they (the Jewish leaders) had placed them in the center; they began to inquire, ‘By what power, or in what name, have you done this?'
Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them...'Let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead--by this name...
And there is Salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.’

The One True God gives us One Salvation, one Way. Do you know The Way?

In the newborn church, Paul often referred to the gospel of Jesus Christ crucified as ‘The Way’.

In the words of Isaiah,
“And He saw there was no man, and was astonished there was on one to intercede;
Then His own arm brought Salvation to Him.”

‘Arm’ in the Bible is a symbol of power and strength.

By His own power the Father brought Salvation to us.

That power is His grace. Grace has a multiple meaning. I’ve not found an end to it yet. Its like the word, shalom (peace in English), and what He gives us through them. These words are as big as God Himself.

For starters, Grace means: Undeserved Favour. Power. Strength. Ability. Might. Anointing.

“We are saved by grace through faith, and not of ourselves, it is the gift of God...”

By His grace, we have Salvation, and that Salvation is Jesus. There is no other Way.

No other Saviour is needed.

The Greek word for save, “Soteria” is as big as grace, and shalom, and zoe.

In Jesus, you will find everything you need. This is why I sing,
“Jesus, you’re everything to me, Jesus, you’re everything to me,
You’re my Deliverer
You’re my victory
Jesus, you’re everything to me.”

God looked around and He was astonished because there was no man who could save us. There was no man big enough. There was none who were powerful enough. There was no one. So He came Himself. Our own Creator came to redeem us.

Just like that man in the 4th chapter of Acts. There was no hope for him. He had not walked a step in all his born days. Every day family members carried him to the gate Beautiful so he could beg for alms. But on this day, he came face-to-face with the Saviour.

On this day, Peter and John came through the gate on their way to the temple.

Peter said, “Hey! Look on us.”

And the man looked. He expected alms, but he got more than money can buy. He got legs and feet that walk.

Peter spoke again, “Silver and gold have I none, but such as I have give I thee. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk!”

And the man who’d never walked before, did one thing really fast--he made a snap decision: he believed, he took hold of Peter’s hand, and “he went walking and leaping and praising God.”

One Salvation whose power is as Big as God because He IS God. His name is Jesus, the name above every other name.

At the name of Jesus, all sickness must bow...At the name of Jesus, all demons must flee...At the name of Jesus, we speak with new tongues...At the name of Jesus we turn defeat into victory.

We have it all in Jesus.

Jesus is the One Salvation, One Way. There is no other. I know of none. Only One.

Jesus is the One Salvation, One Way: Do you know The Way?

If you don’t, meet Him today, “And there is Salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
